Chairman's Challenge

Elks National Foundation Chairman Challenge

The Chairman Challenge rewards Lodges for having a broad-based fundraising program and for improving their fundraising over the previous year. Lodges will be scored on the following categories: Increasing per capita over the previous year; meeting the GER's per capita goal; obtaining new donors; obtaining new pledges; and holding an ENF month fundraiser. Scores are calculated as follows.

1. Per Capita Increase (15 points possible)
Scoring is based on the percent increase over last year's per capita. Percent will be multiplied by 15 to determine score. Fifteen is the maximum score. Lodges whose per capita has decreased will receive zero points.

((Current Yr PC - Prior Yr PC) / Prior Year PC) x 15 = points allocated

2. Meeting and exceeding the GER's per capita goal of $4.50 (35 points possible)
Lodges will earn points based on the following table.
