Although Cathy Engelking has only been serving as District ENF Chair for a couple of years, she’s been familiar with the job for years. She worked closely with the previous district Chair, helping him organize records, writing reports, and gathering information from the website. Paul Johnson has served as Chairperson for his Lodge for the past three years. He credits the Foundation as his reason for joining the Elks and is proud to serve as a representative. Paul believes strongly in ENF programs and lends his efforts every year at the local Hoop Shoot and Soccer Shoot contests. While Paul’s lodge has never had a problem meeting the GER’s per-capita goal, this year the stakes are a little higher.
