Midday with the ENF

Our media blitz continued with an appearance on the Midday podcast to talk about Welcome Home.

Opening Ceremonies

During the Opening Ceremonies, we jumped in on the ENF Report to recap the first 4 year of the Welcome Home program. With that initial $4 million pledge, Elks have helped more than 6,000 veterans exit or prevent homelessness, and provided them with beds and supplies to stabilize their new homes. Veterans like Nicole. Learn more about her in the video below.

Volunteer Seminar

We presented a seminar all about finding and connecting with local veterans in need, aptly titled “Serving Local Veterans in Need.”

You can view the slides from that presentation here.

Report

ENVSC Chair David Carr presented our annual report during the Tuesday business session. We featured a video about St. Louis Lodge’s Freedom Grant project and recapped successful years for all our programs.

You can view the slides here.

That’s all the news that’s fit to print! Thanks to all who attended our seminars and stopped by to say hi to us at the booth. See you in Baltimore.
