Residents of Posada’s emergency shelter received some unexpected cheer Christmas Eve morning, courtesy of the Pueblo Elks. Members of Pueblo Elks Lodge No. 90 — most of whom were donning Santa hats — arrived at the Posada housing units about 9 a.m. and got busy unloading a truck full of food baskets, as well as laundry baskets packed with home essentials.
