St. Louis, MO 9

PGA (August 6 - 12)

Fellow Elks and Friends of Saint Louis Lodge #9:

Here's the latest on parking at/around Elks Saint Louis Lodge #9 during PGA Championship Week (updated 07/30/17).  For daily updates see our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/elkslodgeno9/) or Twitter ( https://twitter.com/ELodge9 )

Limited use of roads nearby Bellerive Country Club ( https://www.pga.com/events/pgachampionship/pga-championship-2018-officials-warn-fans-residents-prepare-road-closures ) will begin Monday August 6th and will continue Tuesday August 7th, Wednesday August 8th, Thursday August 9th, Friday August 10th, Saturday August 11th, and Sunday August 12th. During these days, Police will govern the limited use of roads from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. For the four points below, this will be referred to as Prime Time aka 'P.T.'

1. During 'Prime Time' no Elk will be able to access the Lodge from the West

2. During 'Prime Time' no Elk will be able to pass through the 'Soft Closure' on Ladue Road (just West of 270) at Beacon Hill (to the South) and Coeur de Ville Lane (to the North) without either an official PGA credential (provided to residents of area neighborhoods) or an Elks Membership or Spousal Card.

3. During 'Prime Time' no transport services (Uber, Lyft, taxis, friends, and/or limos) will be able to reach the lodge (from any direction, except between 9:00pm and 5:00am) so to reach the tournament (from the lodge) one will either have to walk* (1.2 miles), drive to the main Public lot at the Fenton Logistics Park ( 1050 Dodge Drive, Fenton, MO 63026 ), or be dropped at the official Rideshare PUDO (Pick-Up/ Drop-Off) lot headquarters at Westminster Christian Academy ( 800 Maryville Centre Drive, Chesterfield, MO 63017 ). * Walking isn't recommended because the tournament doesn't have lockers so if you have an item that is flagged by security you'll either have to dispose of it or walk back to the lodge.

4. During 'Prime Time' Saint Louis Elks Lodge #9 (aka EL#9) will be an official parking lot for 400+ vehicles driven by tournament Clubhouse Staff (Lot 'E') which will be controlled by the Cornerstone Parking Group ( http://www.cornerstoneparking.com ).  During this time No Elk will be able to park on the EL#9 property without official credentials. To counter, during 'P.T.' card carrying Elks will be directed to park at our Eastern neighbor 'Traditional Congregation aka 'T.C' ( https://www.traditional-congregation.org/contact ) located @ 12437 Ladue Road, Creve Coeur, MO 63141.
