From New Brunswick: Take Route 18 South to Route 1 South. Continue on Route 1 South. Take the jug handle and follow signs for Route 130 South. Go across Route 1 and continue on Route 130 South to the third traffic light. Make a left at light onto Washington Avenue. Pass Sir John's Restaurant on the right and pass over small bridge. After the bridge, pass Hardenburg Lane on the left and look for the Elk's sign to the right (about 20 feet past Hardenburg Lane). Turn right into the Elk's driveway. Continue up the driveway following it as it turns. The lodge is set off the road. Pass the lodge and park in the parking lot. From the Garden State Parkway: Take GSP to exit 130 (Route 1 South). Continue on Route 1 South to Routes 130 South. Follow directions as above. From South Jersey/Philadelphia area: Take I-295 North to I-95 South to Route 1 North. Take Route 1 North to Route 130 South. Make a right turn onto Route 130 South. Follow directions as above. From NJ Turnpike: Go to exit 9 (New Brunswick/East Brunswick exit). After toll booth, go right towards the New Brunswick ramp and continue onto Route 18 North briefly on to Route 1 South exit. Take Route 1 South to Route 130 South. Follow directions as above.
