Elks Scholarships
High School Seniors attending Massena Central & St. Lawrence Central are eligible to apply for college scholarships through Massena Lodge #1702. This year there are no hard copies of applications at the Lodge. All scholarship applications are available at www.elks.org/enf/scholars .
