St. Charles, MO Lodge No. 690 was instituted in 1901, and currently has 146 members.For the year 2024, the lodge was awarded GRATITUDE, FREEDOM and BEACON Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, except June, July & Dec, then 1st Wednesday only, at 560 St Peters Howell Rd, S on Hwy 94 to Centl Sch Rd, turn Rt on St Peters Howell Rd, St Charles, MO.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Billy Young, and the Secretary is Susan Fitzgerald.
