Each year, the Elks National Foundation awards more than $3 million in college scholarships to over 800 outstanding high school seniors.

The National Legacy Awards
National Legacy Awards are just for seniors who are children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and step-grandchildren of Elks. Check here for all the details to apply for this scholarship.
The New Jersey State Elks Association also offers many scholarship opportunities including:
MVS/NJ State Runner Ups Awards
The state awards $700 to 94 runners-up, plus (2) $1700 awards to the 2 top state runners-up of the National MVS Competition.
NJSEA Vocational Scholarships
There are also (24) $1000 Vocational Scholarships available each year for graduating students who enroll in vocational or technical training after high school. Students attending a 2-year community college are also eligible as long as they are pursuing a certificate or credential. Students planning to earn an Associate’s of Bachelor’s Degree are not eligible for this scholarship program.
NJSEA Family Scholarship
There are 40 awards of $900 for the children, step, grand and great-grandchildren of Elks who are a senior in high school or a freshman, sophomore or junior in college. This scholarship can be applied for each year and has potential of a total of $3600. Check on www.njelks.org for more information about these and other NJ State scholarship opportunities.
