“Promise Grant promises warm clothing to children”
Members of the Saratoga-Wilton Lodge have been very busy in November purchasing winter jackets, snow pants and boots for 31 children in our Community who are involved in Head Start with the $2,500.00 from the Elks National Foundation Promise Grant!
