PSP Cooper was also a Certified Ritual Judge, State Ritual Chairman and served on the Grand Lodge Auditing and Accounting Committee. Terry served for 25 years as Treasurer of the Princeton Lodge and was the driving force behind Princeton being so involved in the Elks National Foundation. Terry was the Chairman's Challenge winner for Indiana in the Elks National Foundation for the 2003-04 Lodge year.
