We are a small nonprofit office. The atmosphere is more like a family run business than a corporation. You are more than a number. Employees work a 37.5-hour work week in a casual environment. Our employees love the work-life balance. Our official organization hours are 8:30am-4:30pm CST M-F, but a variety of flexible options are available including flexibility in starting/ending times, compressed work weeks, and telecommuting/hybrid work arrangements. Our office is very accessible by public transit (CTA Brown Line and various bus lines.) We also offer free onsite parking.
The Elks Campus is on the border of the Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods. It is within walking distance to various restaurants and local hot spots; there is something for everyone. We are located 3 blocks from the lake and the bike path and near many parks to picnic in, walk through and relax in.
Come work for the Elks and feel good about the difference you'll make.
