  • Building Sold But We're Still Here

WE ARE STILL AN ACTIVE ELKS LODGE CHARTERED BY THE GRAND LODGE. Our meeting night is still the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM. We are meeting at O’Halloran’s Public House, 112 Macomb Place, MC. The owners have been very gracious to allow us to meet in the the banquet room at no charge. With the cost to operate the old building, much of the charitable work we all chose to support when we took our obligation had fallen by the wayside to the costs of keeping the doors open. We are on the verge of a fresh start with the election of the 2020 lodge year officers. We are excited to announce we have a slate of young energetic members who are ready to accept the responsibility to lead Mt Clemens Lodge into the future. The installation of officers is scheduled for Sunday Mar. 29, 2020 at O’Halloran’s Public House at 1:00, with a light luncheon to be served served after. Your 2020 dues are due on 4-1-2020. We currently have a membership of 220 members. It is going to take at least 150 renewals to enable the Lodge to move forward and make financial commitments for a new location. We are asking each and everyone of you to remember the great work Elks do and pay your dues to give this organization a fighting chance to serve and to continue to support the charities we all love. Fraternally Yours, Bill and Bonnie Russell, PER's
