She will be happy to assist you in organizing ROOM or LAWN/PATIO RENTALS or to schedule a special function.  

MEMBER'S LOUNGE

The Member's Lounge is open to Newport Elks Lodge Members, Visiting Elks, and their guests. You are all Welcome at "The Hospitality Lodge."

Live music every Friday night starting at 6:30PM! 

Lounge Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday  - 3:00 to 9:00 PM+

Thursday* and Friday  - 1:00 to 9:00 PM+

Saturday, Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day - Noon to 9:00 PM+

* Closes at 6:30pm for Lodge Meeting on the second and fourth Thursdays, except July and August, only the second Thursday.

 



 

 

LODGE ROOM

The Elks Lodge Room is used for Elks meetings, but can be used for other larger functions, such as wedding receptions, large parties, etc. This room will hold approximately 200 people.

HONOR ROOM

The Honor Room is one of the most beautiful rooms in the Lodge. It's elegance is enhanced with access to the ornate wrap around porch and by several Gilded Age Victorian mirrors from the last owner, Countess Annie Leary, who presided over Newport society before the Elks became owners. It is popular for birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. The Honor Room is chosen for smaller functions for 50-60 people and commands a fine view of Bellevue Avenue.

FRONT LAWN & PATIO

Our spacious lawn has been updated in 2021-22 with a new patio, several suites of furniture, handicap access ramp, and is READY to accomodate YOUR SPECIAL EVENTS!  Enjoy holding your business, family, or club function at one of the finest loctions in Newport! You may add a tent, a grille, lawn games, along with food and beverage service to create the perfect party. The LAWN & PATIO can accomodate approximately 125 people. Pair this space with the elegant indoor HONOR ROOM for a truly "Gilded Age" experience.
