Kitchen Hours:

  • Monday through Saturday 4:30pm-8:30pm (kitchen closed on Wednesdays)
  • Sunday 10am-1pm serving Brunch

Upstairs Hall Rental

The Ballard Elks Hall has been hosting weddings, reunions, corporate meetings, and charity events for over 50 years.

What is included in the venue rental?

  • Our main space Upstairs features a full wall of windows providing a panoramic vista of Shilshole Bay, the entrance to the locks, the Olympic Mountains and Bainbridge Island, one of the islands of Puget Sound
  • Main Hall has a capacity of 230
  • Tables and chairs to accommodate all your guests
  • P/A system with iPod hook-ups
  • Microphone
  • Wireless Internet
  • Small kitchenette with 2 refrigerators, double warming oven, and large coffee urns and serving pots (full service kitchen at additional cost)
  • Easy Loading and Unloading Area
  • Parking for 200

Main Floor Hall Rental

The main floor of the Ballard Elks facility, also known as the Sunset Bay Lodge, is available for reservation through the new in-house corporation.  If you are interested in more information about renting the lower level areas, please contact Sunset Bay Lodge at sales@sunsetbaylodgeballard.com or please check their website at www.sunsetbaylodgeballard.org

Sunset Bay Lodge has a stylish setting with dazzling waterfront views, expansive space, and rustic touches throughout. With breathtaking unobstructed views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, beautiful hardwood floors, spacious outdoor patios and beach access, indulge in a truly Northwest experience in this waterfront setting.

RV Parking

We are currently offering limited opportunities to allow RV parking. We do not have hook ups, water, or electricity. 

RV Storage: with 3000 members and 180 spots the lodge does not have the space to park/store members RV's while they are on cruises out of Seattle.  We apologize for any inconvenience and wish we did have the space to off that service.

If not attending an event, we reserve the right to decline your request if there are large events scheduled that require use of the entire parking lot.  

Suggested donation of $20/night to the lodge.
