Your payment must be received before your spot is reserved.
You will receive a confirmation by email and your space will be assigned.
Set up no earlier than 5:00AM the day of the event.
Tables, chairs, tents, etc. are not provided, please make sure to bring all supplies needed.
No commercial sales, live flowers, alcohol, or food and drink sales. Craft vendors are allowed.
Woodbridge Elks will have food and drink for sale.
Restrooms will be available.
