Greetings Members and Friends,

This week our club room will be open:

Wednesday, January 8th for Grill and Chill - The Grill will be up from 6 to 8 pm. For just $10, you can choose from sirloin steak, a smoked pork chop, or a chicken breast to grill yourself. Also included in the meal is bread, a baked potato, and salad. You are encouraged to bring friends or family members interested in joining the Elks, as this is a membership drive night.

Thursday, January 9th for Meeting Night - 

  • Monthly business meeting starts at 7pm.
  • Before and after the meeting - it is also Thirsty Thursday; there are specials on Domestic Tall Boys all night and the kitchen will be open with our regular menu items.
  • Note: per BPOE statute 15.090: the bar and kitchen will be closed during the meeting.

Friday, January 10th - Unfortunately, none of our regular volunteer bartenders are available. As always Happy Hour, prices at the bar are from 5 pm to 7 pm on weekdays.

If you are a member, a member's spouse, or member's child (that is at least 18 years-old) - you can help the lodge by becoming a trained volunteer bartender; contact a Trustee to learn how.

Wine Tasting

Come join us at the Lodge Thursday January 16th, 2025 at 6pm for our Wine Tasting.

This month, our guest speaker is Holly Anderson, a local connoisseur. Whether you're into whites or reds, this is a great opportunity to discover new favorites and share a fun evening with friends and fellow wine lovers. The event starts at 6pm and costs $15 per person. Prepare for a great night filled with:

  • Delicious Wines: Sample a variety of easy to drink wines and receive a glass of your favorite.
  • Fun and Food: Please bring your favorite snack to share.

Bourbon Tasting

Our next Bourbon Tasting Night is January 23rd, 2025 at 6:30pm.

We want to make sure you don't miss an unforgettable evening of smooth sips, paired snacks, & great company! What to Expect for $15 per person:

  • A curated selection of three top-tier bourbons
  • Delicious food pairings to complement your drinks
  • A relaxed and lively atmosphere with music and fun

Doggos & Donuts Brunch

Mark your calendar for Doggos and Donuts on Sunday February 2nd from 8:00-11:00am.

All the proceeds of the freewill donation for brunch will go to Kiya Koda There will also be a mimosa and bloody mary bar available.

Get your picture taken with your dog or have your dog’s photo taken! $10 for a 5x7 and photos will be ready for pick later that week. Proceeds from the photo booth go to Kiya Koda.

Guests are welcome and must be accompanied by a member. Please sign in your guests upon entry to the lodge. Remember all new members are guests first! Our membership is currently at 236 members, and we would love to grow to 300 in 2025!



Fun Facts

  • Our Lodge was chartered on April 30, 2000.
  • Our building, the Jacoby Block, was once a triple store front - the west section collapsed in July 2008.
  • The alley next to our patio has the hand or foot-prints of 2,581 people in the concrete in a 2009 attempt for the Guinness Book of World Records.
  • Kitchen Volunteers for the our weekly Grill and Chill get dinner on the Lodge as a thank you for helping that night. Please volunteer when you can.
