Greenville, OH Lodge No. 1139 was instituted in 1909, and currently has 534 members.For the year 2024, the lodge was awarded BEACON, SPOTLIGHT and GRATITUDE Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 2nd & 4th Mondays, except July & Aug, then 2nd Monday only, at 214 W 3rd St, Greenville, OH.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is H Ignaffo, and the Secretary is Rebecca Borowske.
