Mission Statement:
Mission Statement of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. To inculcate the principals of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity; to recognize a belief in God; to promote the welfare and enhance the happiness of its Members; to quicken the spirit of American patriotism; to cultivate good fellowship; to perpetuate itself as a fraternal organization, and to provide for its government, the Benevolent and Protective Order of the United States of America will serve the people and communities through benevolent programs, demonstrating that Elks Care Elks Share.
Lodge Meetings:
Meets first and third Tuesdays at 7pm except JULY, AUGUST & DECEMBER "FIRST TUESDAY ONLY" Lodge Directions: 6718 E Avalon Mesa AZ 85205 (1 Block North of Main Street on Power Road and 1 Block West on Avalon)
Lodge Activities:
We are a very active lodge. We have activities going on in the community as well as at the lodge. Below is a list of what our lodge has going on. Our hope is that you see something that interests you to get involved with. If you have a suggestion of something else we can please put a suggestion in the suggestion box or reach out to our Exalted Ruler.
The lodge hours are:
- Sunday from 9am - 7pm
- Monday to Saturday from 10am - 8pm

All activities and fundraisers this month will be for Social Welfare/Christmas in July. This is the first month of fundraising. Don't forget to check the lucky number behind the bar for a discount. Check the Mesa Buckhorn Lodge Calendar for exact times
- There are several dinners during each week (See Mesa Buckhorn Lodge Calendar for details)
- House Committee makes the meal Every Sunday and Monday from 4pm - 6pm
- The kitchen on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Breakfast on Sunday.
- Texas Hold'em at the lodge every Sunday afternoon at 1pm
- WII Bowling every Monday afternoon at 4pm
- Slingo every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon starting at 4:30pm
- Queen of Hearts every Wednesday and drawing at 7pm
- You can buy tickets everyday
- Ladies Luncheon first Thursday of every month at 11:30am
- 50/50 Raffle is every Friday at 5pm
- Technology Learning Center at noon every Saturday
- Meat Raffle is every Saturday at 4pm
- Live Music every Wednesday, Friday nd Saturday night (See schedule below or on the calendar)
Important Activities This Month:
- Children Bicycle Silent Auction for June and July - One boy's bike and one girl's bike
- Flag Day Service on Sunday June 11th at 2pm
- Father's Day Service and Dinner at 4pm - Tickets are $10 and sold at the lounge
- Bake Sale and Open House on Saturday, June 24th
- Start at 11am to 3pm
- DJ Donny G all day
- Cornhole - depending on interest
- Blood Drive on Saturday, June 24th starting at 9am
- Food and School Supply Drive for June and July
- AEA Major Projects Help Needed - Donations of Diapers, Baby Wipes, and $10 and $20 gift card donations to stores and restaurants. See the Bugle for details.
Pay your dues
- The lodge dues will be $97 for 2023/2024
- If you do not have your new membership card by April 1st you will not be allowed into the lodge until you pay your dues
- You can pay it two ways
- Pay your dues to the lodge secretary in the office
- Pay your dues online with a $4 service fee
