Welcome to our Lodge Webpage!

Matt Sanborn, Exalted Ruler 2022-2023

Greetings everyone and welcome to the Elk’s days of summer. I hope everyone is looking forward to the warm weather ahead. I want to welcome all the new members that just joined us in our last initiation class, and give a big thank you to all the officers for putting on an amazing initiation ritual. The summer months bring some of our favorite events at the lodge. In July, we have the Tri Lodge Games, Beef & Reef, and the Elks Hunt Bus Trip. In August, we have our annual Margaritaville. Mix in some Karaoke, Trivia, and Pop up events and I think this will be a summer to remember. As always if anyone has any feedback, suggestions, or questions I can be reached at matthew.sanborn@gmail.com Have a safe and Happy Summer.

Respectfully and fraternally yours,

Matthew Sanborn, Exalted Ruler

COVID-19 POLICY UPDATE

The Rochester Elks is now open at full capacity. The Home Committee has not updated the mask policy which remains as “RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED”. Members who still wish to wear a mask are encouraged to do so but they are no longer required to be worn while in the building or moving throughout the building. This includes members/visitors playing pool, darts, cribbage or cornhole. The Home Committee will address further policy changes in upcoming meetings. We have discontinued the COVID tracing sign-in sheets. The lodge management team will continue to monitor the health and safety of our lodge and members and will amend any current policies in place to address any issues if they should occur.

Thank you for your cooperation,
Exalted Ruler & Home Committee
