Welcome to our Lodge Webpage!

Peter Ducharme

Exalted Ruler 2023-2024

Hello my fellow Elks. I would like to extend a Thank You to all who’ve been supportive of my Family and myself during this time of distress. As most of you know, Tom Ducharme passed away in July after a brief illness. He cannot be replaced, but he will live in our hearts, and he will never be forgotten. These past months have been very busy with lots of activities here at the Lodge. I am grateful to our Volunteers who make this organization what it is! Please continue to look at our newsletter, and our Facebook page for upcoming events. We are in the process of nominating a Leading Knight, and a 4-year Trustee. This vote will take place on September 13th at our regular Lodge meeting starting at 7PM. All members are encouraged to attend and vote for the candidates. The requirement of the officers is a commitment that encompasses a lot of time invested. We as Officers are NOT paid for the work we do, only the Secretary and Treasurer. In all the work we do to better our community, we are VOLUNTEERS! Let’s not forget that! Many people work tirelessly in their own lives, and their work environment to succeed in life. As your Exalted Ruler, I ask any members that have any concerns to please feel free to contact me anytime.

Telephone 603-953-8668. Email:  pete_d603@hotmail.com

Respectfully and Fraternally Yours, Peter Ducharme.

Dues Dues Dues Dues

Dues for the 2023-2024 Lodge Year must now be paid!

Grand Lodge has raised their per-capita dues by another $5.00 to off-set an increase in Lodges Liability Insurance rates. Due to several multi-million dollar law suits which were filed against several Elks Lodges, the insurance portion of the per-capita will go from $12.00 per member to $17.00 per member. You will see this $5.00 increase when you pay your 2023-2024 Dues. Our dues will be $91.50 for Regular Members and $51.50 for Life Members.

Funds received in excess of these amounts will be deposited in the Lodge Charity Fund, unless otherwise requested.

To pay your dues online with a credit or debit card, go to: https://search.revopay.com/elkslodge  then type “Rochester” in the block and select your Lodge, then click the “here” link to go to the payment page.
