The Walterboro Elks Lodge Drug Awareness Team attended the National Night Out on the 6th of October 2026. We passed out Coloring Books and other Materials. I want to thank (ER) Mary Jo Fox, Jim Solvik, Scott and Sonya Grooms for coming over to check on Elroy. Our next event is the Trunk or Treat at the Colleton County Sheriffs Department on the Octoeber 29th 2026 starting @ 5 pm. So come on out and show the Community all the great things we are doing at the Lodge.

On August 1st the Walterboro Elks Lodge #1988 was at the Colleton County Highschool for their Back to School Bash. Our ER; Mary Jo, Leading Knight; Angus and 2-year Trustee Ernest, handed out coloring books, crayons and drug awareness literature. Elroy showed up and was received by some very happy kids of all ages. Angus spoke to the crowd about our Hoop Shoot contest. This is just one of the many community events our Lodge represents.

The Walterboro Elks Lodge 1988, hosted Flag Day ceremony on June 13th, 2026. We were proud to have some of our Veterans helping in the ceremony as well as Veterans in the audience. God Bless our Flag and God Bless our Veterans.
