Marion Elks Lodge No. 32 has announced that Shasta Scharf has earned the fraternal year 2003-04 Officer of the Year award. The award was presented by the Exalted Ruler for the past year, Brad Smith.
The award is presented for dedicated and meritorious service to the Lodge, and for unselfish commitment and cheerful enthusiasm toward furthering Elkdom’s programs. Scharf was presented a plaque signed by Amos McCallum, the Grand Exalted Ruler of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the USA.
