As we wind down on the sunny days of summer, we take moment to acknowledge a bright light in Beaverton Elks 1989 as we honor Kim Bodley as our August Elk of the Month. Kim jumped right in and became an active Lodge participant upon transferring to the 1989 in 2018. Kim is an active member of the Events Committee and was pivotal in the development of the new Events contract. Kim has participated and lent her time and effort to numerous committees and events including Christmas Baskets, prime rib dinner, New Year’s Eve, Wednesday Night Volunteer Dinner, and VetREST Flag Day Dining-In, to name a few. Kim can be counted on to create wonderful raffle baskets for our various fundraisers and is a consistent contributor to ENF. Kim, thank you for always jumping in and lending your hand and support when it is needed! You’re a bright spot in our Lodge and your efforts help us shine bright
