Elk of the Month - December 2021

Our December Elk of the Month has been a member since 2014, and has been extremely active over the years, chairing and helping with most committees, including Elkhorn Editor, Christmas Baskets, Activities, Youth Activities/Little Antlers, Orientation, Women’s Shelter Birthday Bash, Website, Facebook, Inaugural Ball Committee, Wigs & Wings, Dice in the Bar, Hoop Shoot, Beaverton Parade, etc., etc., etc.!  She has been a volunteer bartender, server and chef.  She sings Karaoke.  She attends DD Clinics, Elk Conventions and other meetings.  She sponsors New Members.  She is an active participant in football tailgate parties, supporting the Cougars and Seahawks.  Tracey is a past Trustee and was selected Officer of the Year for 2019-2020.  In addition to all she has personally done for our Lodge, Tracey is the wife of Past Exalted Ruler Dan, and the mother of Future Exalted Ruler Michael.  Tracey and Dan were honored as Couple of the Year for 2017-2018.  Tracey has given so much to our Lodge in the years she has been a member; we are a better Lodge because of her warm heart, as well as her loyalty and commitment.  We appreciate you and thank you!

This Christmas, many families who would normally go without, will find presents under their tree and their table bountiful through our Christmas Baskets Program... because the Elks exist.

Am I proud to be a part of this organization and the work we do, yes! Many great things are made possible...because the Elks exist!
