In addition to the Elks Most Valuable Student Award, State Scholarships, and Emergency grants as mentioned in previous issues of this newsletter, there are $4,000 Legacy Awards available to college bound high school seniors who are the children or grandchildren (or step-child, step-grandchild or legal ward ) of a dues paying Elk, who joined the organization on or before April 1, 2023. The Elk must also be a paid up member for the last two contiguous years thr0ugh March 31, 2026. Application deadline to apply is Feb. 3, 2026, For further information contact Ed Stuhlmiller.
