Our next Lodge Year will begin on April 1. The nominations and election of officers for the 2026-27 year will be held at the regular Lodge meetings on February 3rd and 17th. The following Lodge officers included in this process are:Exalted RulerEsteemed Leading KnightEsteemed Loyal KnightEsteemed Lecturing KnightSecretaryTreasurer5-Year TrusteeThe Lodge officers listed below are appointed by the Exalted Ruler and are not included in the Nomination and Election process:EsquireTilerChaplainInner GuardThere are four Trustees currently serving terms from one to four years.Nominations will be made at the February 3rd meeting. You need not be present at the meeting to be nominated. With the consent of the Lodge, nominating speeches may be limited. If only one person is nominated for each office on February 3rd, then at that time, nominations will be closed.If you are nominated for more than one office, you must declare that you accept one nomination and withdraw from other nominations before the close of the meeting on February 3rd, and if you do not do so, you must accept only the first nomination.The election will take place at the second meeting in February, the 17th, as a group. If more than one person is nominated for a particular office, then that office will be voted on separately. If the Lodge approves, speeches for candidates may be made at the Lodge election.If no nomination for a particular office is made at the February 3rd meeting, or if all candidates previously nominated for a particular office decline or withdraw, nominations for that office may be made at the second meeting in February immediately preceding the election.
