We have 25 full hookup (FHU) Sites with 50/30/20-amp electric service. The RV parking fee for FHU Sites Oct through May is $32 a night.June through Sept the parking fee is $35 per night due to summer electric rates. However, ifthere are no FHU sites available, overflow parking (dry camping) is available on a first come first served basis. WI-FI is available in the Lodge bar and lounge.
Peak Season (Oct-May)
Reservations are recommended during peak season for FHU sites. Per our agreement with the city, stays are limited to 14 days.
Beginning Oct 1,you may reserve dates from Oct 1 through May 31 by calling 928-230-0980 (please, no reservation calls before Oct 1). When you call, please be prepared to provide your Name, Lodge Number, and Membership number including the card expiration date (mm/yy) the Date In/Date Out of your stay, and your telephone number to the Camp Host taking your reservation.
**Visiting Elks RV Clubs**, reservations will not be accepted for club groups during peak events (Balloon Fest, Pyrotechnic Show, Rockabilly, etc.). We recommend large groups book for late February and beyond.
Please plan to arrive by 4 pm. If you cannot arrive by 4 pm, please call the Camp Host and they will provide you with the site number. No-show reservations will be canceled at 4 pm unless you have notified us of a later arrival time. If you arrive in the dark and are not comfortable backing into your site, you may choose to occupy a dry campsite until morning.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION, you must contact the Camp Host located at site 7 to find out what sites are available. If the Host is not available, call 928-230-0980 for site availability. The Host will be around later to register you.
Off-Season(June thru Sept)
During this period reservations are not available. It is first come, first served. However, finding an empty site should not be a problem. Please register in the lodge bar by following the instructions below.
1. Show the Bar Tender your current Elks Membership Card. 2. Complete the two-part form found at the registration station near the bar entry door. 3. Place the completed white copy of the registration form along with your check or cash in the envelope provided at the station. (There's an ATM machine available if you need cash). 4. Deposit the envelope in the slot on the right side of the box. 5. Display the yellow copy of the Registration form in the lower right corner of your windshield or in a window near the door of your trailer/5th wheel. That’s all there is to it.
RV parking is for Elk members only.
However, you may bring in one guest rig if you are traveling with a non-member if space is available. Be sure to register the non-member as your guest. Space availability during our peak season may limit non-members (Check with the Camp Host prior to arrival).
Please Note: Your sewer hose must not touch the ground, so please come prepared to meet that requirement. Thanks, (County Health Dept code; and it is enforced)
