We visited the lodge on Apr 4th & 5th. Unfortunately we couldn’t get in on the 4th. We have been traveling and it was sent to our home address. We brought my sister and brother-in-law for dinner and were turned away. I later called my Lodge Secretary and he emailed me a copy of my card, so the following night we were able to come in and we had a delicious dinner before playing Bingo. The host on the second night was much nicer. I realize there are rules to follow, but when visiting guests come thru, it seems a kinder response would be to let them in for dinner once (if nothing else, as your guest) with a reminder that they need a current card to return. We met nice people at dinner and my sister, who lives in Lake Havasu City, is now going to join your Lodge.

Mary from ND. It always concerns us when an Elk has a bad experience at our Lodge. In looking into this incident it seems the Doorman was just doing his job. Grand Lodge Statutes require us to check everyone's card to make sure it is current. This is always a problem at the beginning of the year as many of our Winter visitors have not been back home to pick up their new card. For the last three months we have posted signs in the Lodge to alert visitors to the problem in the hope they would contact their home office and get some verification that their card is current. I am sorry you were inconvenienced but our Lodge follows Grand Lodge Statutes.

We recently visited your lodgeIn March. Had a very delicious meal and your waitress couldn't have been any better! Very smiley and friendly! But your door attendant was one of the rudest men I have ever met! He went out of his way to be mean and nasty! Therefore we will never come back! My husband is a past exaculted ruler and he could not believe it! Please do something about him! We were warned before we went that he was very unfriendly!

Thank you Lake Havasu Elks for such a great stay in your RV parking area! Your Lodge is fantastic :: We had so much fun at the New Year's celebration, ringing in 2017! We sat with Tim and Kathy Fairbank and it was such fun meeting quite a few of your members that night! Breakfast the next morning was spectacular and we just want to say thank you so much for a great stay. We didn't make it to queen of hearts, so if you get a chance ::: please let us know if anyone won the big prize last night! Happy new year!
