To register for and attend the 2024 Elks National Convention, registrants must affirm that they - and any guests they register - will abide by these Convention Guidelines. Thank you for pre-registering for Convention, and being safe, patient and flexible.
Please be aware that attendance at the convention may pose a risk of exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) and its potential variants. While the CDC and federal government has lifted the rigid pandemic requirements, we recommend each attendee evaluate their risk of exposure and take such precautions as they deem necessary. Registration and/or attendance at any event constitutes waiver of any claims related to any such potential exposure.

Credentials/ Badges will be available for pickup at the Austin Convention Center starting on Friday, June 28 at 12:00pm to 4pm.
