To register for and attend the 2021 Elks National Convention, registrants must affirm that they - and any guests they register - will abide by these Convention Guidelines. Attendance at the Grand Lodge National Convention in Tampa, Florida, is voluntary. Please be aware that attendance at convention may pose a risk of exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) and its potential variants. While preventative measures aimed at reducing exposure to infectious diseases have been mandated for this event and may reduce the risk of exposure and infection, the risk of illness does exist.
Safety measures and plans are constantly evolving to provide the safest event possible; however, please be aware that the convention will observe Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations and guidelines regarding COVID-19 safety measures and precautions. It should also be noted that face mask use is currently mandated by Tampa law under Executive Order 2020-42, which requires the use of a face covering by all persons when not in their home and not maintaining social distancing from other people who are not family members or companions.

Credentials/ Badges will be available for pickup at your hotel from your state housing coordinator. CREDENTIALS FOR THOSE PREREGISTERED CANNOT BE PICKED UP AT THE CONVENTION CENTER.
