2024 Elks National Convention Guidelines for Pre-Registration

Please read the Convention Guidelines below, including COVID-19 precautions and procedures for credential pick up. To register for and attend the 2024 Elks National Convention, registrants must affirm that they - and any guests they register - will abide by these Convention Guidelines. Thank you for pre-registering for Convention, and being safe, patient and flexible.

Please be aware that attendance at the convention may pose a risk of exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) and its potential variants. While the CDC and federal government has lifted the rigid pandemic requirements, we recommend each attendee evaluate their risk of exposure and take such precautions as they deem necessary. Registration and/or attendance at any event constitutes waiver of any claims related to any such potential exposure.


All Convention attendees will be encouraged to:

  • wash their hands frequently during the convention
  • monitor their own health on a daily basis to be alert for known symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Do not attend convention events if you feel any of these symptoms.

Credentials/ Badges will be available for pickup at the Austin Convention Center starting on Friday, June 28 at 12:00pm to 4pm.

  • Registration Hours Will be:
    • Friday, June 28th 12PM – 4:00PM
    • Saturday, June 29th 8AM – 4:15PM
    • Sunday, June 30th 8AM – 3:45PM
    • Monday, July 1st 7:30AM – 3:45PM
    • Tuesday, July 2nd 7:30AM – 1:00 PM
  • It is recommended that all attendees make an Event reservation for seminars, workshops and round table events online through the Elks.org website. Event reservation does not guarantee a seat in the seminar. Event reservations will open online only in May.
