  • The Red Hot Chili Steppers Team - YWCA Walk a Mile in Her Shoes

    The 'Red Hot Chili Steppers' Team participated in the YWCA Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event on October 5th. The Team raised several hundred dollars for this very worthwhile cause. Thank you to everyone that donated in our Teams name. The members that bravely walked the mile were, Todd Gettys, Bob Decker, Chris Williams and Daryl Hoffman, Captain. This was a fun event and we are looking forward to next year! See attached picture.

  • Bell's Big Bed Race

    York Elks 'The Big Sheets' team takes the coveted slowest team Trophy! The York Elks entry in Bell Socialization Services Big Bed Race was "THE BIG SHEETS TEAM". Although we didn't win 1st place in the racing, we did win the coveted slowest team trophy! Not only did our Team raise money for this worthy cause but we had a bundle of fun in the process!

  • Donate Life - Become an organ donor

    .Are you an organ donor or would you like to be a donor? Our motto is Elks care, Elks share. Did you know a single organ donor can save as many as EIGHT lives? Donate Life is a National registry. Your donor registration travels with you no matter where you live in the country.

  • Elk Statue to return to York

    In 1898 an Elk Statue was erected in Penn Park (named after William Penn). In 1987 vandals beheaded the Elk and City Officials removed the statue. The York Lodge is proud to announce a project is underway to replace the Elk and return it to the York Lodge.
