If you are interested on information outside the local area of Monte Vista, this is probably a better site. Information included in this site, are things like Wolf Creek Ski Area and the Great Sand Dunes National Park.

This site is a little out of date. It appears that this site has not been maintained for awhile. But some of the information is still valid. All I can say is, it is a toss up. I think some of this information has been moved to the Monte Vista Chamber of Commerce site.
