MONTE VISTA ELKS LODGE #2456 PAST EXALTED RULER SCHOLARSHIP
AMOUNT: $500 for one boy and one girl
PAYABLE: At the time the state secretary-treasurer of the PER Association is notified of official enrollment in school. The Scholarship will be paid directly to the school.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Open to any 1st or 2nd year postsecondary student, including grandchildren, children, spouses…, whose family member is a member of the Monte Vista Elks Lodge #2456.
2. The application must be filled out completely with all blanks filled in. All other information must be attached to the application.
3. BASIC EMPHASIS WILL BE ON NEED.
4. Applicant must be a full time student to a trade school in their 1st or 2nd year of school.
5. Limited to one applicant. In other words, the Lodge may receive several entries, but must select one application for final judging.
6. The enclosed application will be the only one judged. All previous forms are null and void.
7. ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY FOR THE USE OF THE MONTE VISTA ELKS PER ASSOCIATION.
8.All applications should be returned to local Lodge by October 30th for judging
