Our banquet room seats 200 comfortably and is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. The rental fee is generally 6 hours for events such as class reunions, weddings, birthdays, etc. We also rent the Lodge for celebration of life, usually a 4 hour rental. Included in our rental fees are tables and chairs set up as to how you would like them arranged. We have round and rectangle tables, both types seat 8 and can be used for buffet tables as well. We put away the tables and chairs for you. Also includes bartenders that are scheduled according to the number of guests your event will have. The walk in refrigerator and kitchen serving area are available, as well. Our rental fees are based on number of guests, please call our Events Coordinator, Kiona at 209-603-8345 for price quotes. You are welcome to decorate the Lodge including hanging decorations on the walls with push pins. We have linen tablecloths for rent or you can bring your own linen or plastic tablecloths. A band or DJ is welcome. We have a stage that is included in the rental fee. Also a PA system, podium and projector screen are available and included in the rental fee. Serving of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages are provided by the Elks Lodge bartenders only. In accordance with ABC laws no beverages can be brought in by renters or their guests. You can choose to have a no host or open bar. We provide coffee included in the rental fee. We have a kitchen available for an extra fee with 3 large ovens, cook top stove and grill. Cleaning of the tables can be done for an extra fee based on the number of guests or you can clear them yourselves.
