Function Hall Rental Fees Rental fees for the Function Hall are as follows:
Day functions: $175.00; Evening functions: $350.00
Deposits: A Separate Security Deposit is required for each Function Rental and will be returned after inspection for cleanliness and or damage, or in the event of a cancellation.
A non-refundable Deposit equal to half the cost of the hall rental fee, in addition to a separate security deposit, is required. Both are due upon signing the rental contract. Balance is due in full (7) days prior to the function. Use of Confetti is an additional charge of $25.00 Use of Kitchen is an additional charge of $75.00. Banquet Facility will accommodate parties and functions up to 190. Function Hall is not available to the public. Function Hall may be rented only by an Elk in good standing. Please contact Julie Collins, our day time bartender, at 207-283-1597 to reserve the Function Hall or for full contract details and additional information, leave a message with the on-duty bartender and Julie will return your call as soon as possible.
With the enactment of Public Law 338 and the subsequent voting which was required, this Lodge became a Non-smoking facility effective September 17, 2005. Smoking is not permitted any where in the Lodge building.
