Dresden, TN Lodge No. 2373 was instituted in 1967, and currently has 330 members.For the year 2024, the lodge was awarded BEACON and GRATITUDE Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, except July, Aug & Dec, then 4th Tuesday only, from Hwy 22 E or W turn onto Morrow St, then Rt on Poplar, Lodge drive off Poplar, Dresden, TN.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is James Carroll, and the Secretary is Donny Smith.
