Lodge Meetings:
The July Board meeting will be held on Thursday, July 11th at 5:00 pm. This is the officers' meeting. All members are encouraged to attend and observe the discussion. Suggestions can be brought to a board meeting in advance. Please use the Board Agenda Request Form to submit discussion items.
The Member (Lodge) Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 15th.

Summer Update: Dinner Service Changes
As many of our members travel during the summer, it’s been a little tougher to gather volunteers and keep up attendance for our regular Wednesday and Friday dinners.
For July, we’ll be offering our new summer menu Monday through Friday — featuring a variety of bar favorites.
Special BBQ Night – Friday, July 18 We’ll be firing up the grill for BBQ Ribs on Friday, July 18! Quantities will be limited, so make your reservation early to save your spot!
We’ll continue to monitor interest and participation, and reevaluate our dinner service plans as the summer goes on. Thanks for your support and flexibility!
Road Closures
The Town of Florence, in conjunction with Cactus Asphalt, will be performing much-needed maintenance on Hunt Highway from Highway 79 to Felix Road. The project includes chip sealing Hunt Highway and adding a right turn lane at the Highway 79 intersection. Hunt Highway will be fully closed for two separate weekends:Friday, July 11th at 9:00 pm through Monday, July 14th at 5:00 am Friday, July 18th at 9:00 pm through Monday, July 21st at 5:00 am
There will also be some prep work, including crack sealing and patching, that will take place before the full closure dates. The prep work is scheduled for June 30th to July 3rd and July 7th to July 10th. The prep work will require a one lane closure with flag men so expect minor delays.
