Cairo, IL Lodge No. 651 was instituted in 1901, and currently has 207 members.For the year 2023, the lodge was awarded SPOTLIGHT, BEACON and GRATITUDE Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 1st & 3rd Thursdays, except July, Aug & Dec, then 1st Thursday only, at 235 16th St, Cairo, IL.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Michael Kaufman, and the Secretary is Minta Comte.
