Cairo, IL Lodge No. 651 was instituted in 1901, and currently has 201 members.For the year 2024, the lodge was awarded SPOTLIGHT, GRATITUDE and BEACON Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 1st & 3rd Thursdays, except July, Aug & Dec, then 1st Thursday only, at 235 16th St, Cairo, IL.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is George Monan, and the Secretary is Minta Comte.
