Honolulu, HI Lodge No. 616 was instituted in 1902, and currently has 4936 members.For the year 2024, the lodge was awarded BEACON, SPOTLIGHT and FREEDOM Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 2nd & 4th Tuesdays only, at 2933 Kalakaua Ave, near Diamond Head, across Kapiolani Park Dillingham Fountain, Honolulu, HI.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Jeffery Renner, and the Secretary is George West.
