Baker, OR Lodge No. 338 was instituted in 1896, and currently has 625 members.For the year 2026, the lodge was awarded GRATITUDE, FREEDOM, BEACON and SPOTLIGHT Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.The lodge is the proud sponsor of Stran Bingham, a winner of the MVS Scholarship 2026.The lodge meets 1st & 3rd Tuesdays, except Jul & Aug, then 3rd Tuesday only, at 1896 2nd St, Baker City, OR.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Marilyn Spicer, and the Secretary is Dennis Anthony.
