Cortland Elks Halloween Parade 2015

In conjunction with the Cortland Downtown Partnership and the local community the Cortland Elks Lodge 748 hosted a Halloween Parade. Here children of all ages could show off their Halloween attire. Merchants and organizations also set up Trick or Treat stations to distribute candy.
