On Jan 5th Bergenfield Elks sponsered the annual Hoop Shoot ro local kids age 8-13. The contest was held at Roy W. Brown Middle School. Boys and Girls aged 8-13 participated in the foul shot contest. The winners of the constest in thier age group went on to the District contest to be held in Rutherford NJ.
The winners were 8-9 girls Lindsey Ursillo, boys 8-9 Joey Ulman, girls 10-11 Katie Lapi, boys 10-11Matthew Delos-Santos,girls 12-13 Linsey Abbatiello, boys 12-13 Matt buckley.
