Carlinville Elks Lodge #1412 Supports SOWW Retreat for Vets
The Special Operations Wounded Warriors (SOWW) program is
dedicated to providing unique outdoor experiences and targeted therapeutic
treatments to the deserving men and women of our U.S. Special Operations Forces
that have sustained wounds in battle and/or in significant service to our country.
SOWW year-round retreats provide a unique opportunity for fellow service members to come together in a no pressure environment. The retreats are designed to allow relaxation and camaraderie between the individuals. In support of this mission to our veterans, the Carlinville Elks Lodge donated $1000 to this weekend’s Illinois Deer Hunt retreat.
