Sebastian Elks Lodge Member Debra is coordinating a 9/11 Memorial set for Sunday September 13th. Debra is a PER from another lodge and has held this memorial at her home lodge. Local first responders, members of our district, and scouts will be invited. She is seeking volunteers to fill various roles, and donations of items for a basket raffle.
