The Community Youth 8 - 13 are invited to compete in Elks Lodge Hoop Shoot (Free Throw) Competitions, broken down in three age groups, 8-9, 10-11, and 12-13, with girls and boys competing separately. Local Lodge Winners of each age group move up to next level competitions through District, State, Regional and National Finals in Chicago.
Hello to our High Desert Parents; this is a great time for your child to have extra fun, comradery, showing off their talents, participating on a “Free Throw” basketball competition located at the 29 Palms Freedom Plaza on Sunday, 26th of October, starting at 1230 pm – 4 pm. We can also do registration on same day at 12:30 if you haven’t already done so, prior to the competition date. This is a free competition hosted by our local High Desert Elks Lodge. Awards for first place winners will be presented at our Elks Lodge on another date TBD. Our motto “Step Up to the Line”
