Join the Puyallup Elks Lodge

Do you want to become a member of the Puyallup Elks Lodge?

It's easy.  Just follow the simple steps below.

1. View the membership application form.
2. Print it off.
3. Complete the form.  At the top is space to enter the name of a sponsor (someone that knows you is already a member of the Elks).  If you have a sponsor, great.  If you do not, leave the space blank and fill out the remainder of the form.
4. Scan or take a photograph of the completed application form.
5. Email the form to our lodge secretary (secretary@puyallupelks.org).
6. Click here to pay a one-time application fee.

We will perform a background check and invite you to an orientation meeting.
