Veterans at Liberty Manor Served Home Cooked Meals from Largo Elks Veteran Committee Volunteers

From Robert Behm, Chair of the Largo Elks Veterans Committee

Veterans at Liberty Manor Get Home Cooked Meals from Largo Elks Veteran Committee Volunteers

Every week of the month a member of the Veterans Committee cooks for the Veterans at the Liberty Manor Group Home in Largo, Florida.
Basically the Veterans Committee Volunteer goes to Liberty Manor and selects a meat from the freezer at the group home and then they go home and decides what they want to cook and after they prepare the meal they bring it back to Liberty Manor for the Veterans to eat.

Below are pictures of a meal that was prepared by Sandy Behm, as it was her week to cook. Ham,with mashed potatoes and carrots!
The veterans there were ecstatic as they said they now had ham for supper, breakfast and lunch!
