Raton Lodge
Built in 1911, Raton Lodge is now the oldest standing Elks Lodge in the State of New Mexico. It was built by the same builder who constructed the "Mother Lodge" in Las Vegas, NM. That building no longer exists. The one here in Raton is still functional and is, in fact one of several great sights to see in the area. It also contains some very beautiful artifacts. If it weren't such a great Lodge Building, it would make a great museum.
