About our Facility

 

The Elks Lodge has three meeting spaces available for members and guests.  Our facilities accommodate from 12 to 220 people for business meetings, dinners, special celebrations and dances.  There is ample parking with easy access from Link Lane.  Arrangements can be made by contacting Club Manager, Bob Petri.  We require a signed contract and a $300 non-refundable deposit for groups reserving the Lodge Room and the Dining Room.  Security personnel are also required for large groups in the Lodge Room, cost depending on the number of security guards required and the length of time for the event.  A Certificate of Liability Insurance may also be required. Contact the Club Manager for additional information.  No reservations will be guaranteed until a meeting is scheduled with Club Manager Bob Petri, a signed contract is completed and the required deposit is made.

 

Banquets & Parties

 

The Elks Lodge offers a variety of appetizer and dinner menu options designed to be customized for your event.  We have a fenced outdoor grassy area with a covered Pavilion and horseshoe pits available for picnics. 

 

We offer full bar service for any event with dancing as an option on the terrazzo floor in the Lodge Room.  The ambiance of the Lodge Room and Dining Room is warm and inviting.  Our experienced chef and his staff aim to provide an exceptional dining experience in an extremely comfortable setting. 

 

General:

 

  • Minimum guarantee of 25 guests for an evening function.
  • No outside food or beverage may be brought onto the premises.
  • A guaranteed number of guests are required one week (7 days) prior to you event. No refunds will be made after 7 days prior to the event.
  • The Elks Lodge is a non-smoking facility. 
  • A Banquet Contract must be signed.

 

Weddings

 

The Lodge Room in our facility accommodates 220 people which makes a perfect setting for most gatherings.  The room has a vaulted wood and beam ceiling with elegant lighting designed to create the perfect mood for your event.  The walls are painted with warm shades of color and the terrazzo floor lends itself perfectly to dancing.  The room is equipped with a handicap assessable stage ample for live music set-ups. 

 

General:

 

  • Full bar service is available, cash or hosted.
  • All furnishings are included (tables, chairs, place setting, buffet set-up, etc.)
  • Choice of table linens is included (table cloths, napkins and table skirting).  White linen are standard, color linens are available for an added charge.
  • Cake cutting service is provided for an additional $40.00 charge.
  • Chef attended carving station provided for an additional $50.00 charge.   (Beef and Ham)
  • Ample self-parking for guests.
  • Up to 5 hours are allowed for a wedding reception, 7 hours for wedding and reception.
  • One adjacent room is available for the bridal party’s use.
  • Wedding decorations are allowed at the discretion of the Elks Lodge Management.
  • No outside food or beverages may be brought onto the premises.   (Wedding cakes are the only exception to this rule and can brought onto the premises.)

Lodge Room (With Food Service)          $100.00    (Seats 210 or 160 with dance area plus stage).

Lodge Room (No Food Service)              $500.00

Dining Room (With Food Service)          $50.00   (Seats up to 60 with fireplace).

Dining Room (No Food Service)             $300.00

Picnic Area                                             Cost determined by function and size. Contact Club Manager for quote.

 

 

Room Rental Options:

 

  • Wireless high speed internet access.
  • Digital Projector - $25.00 Rental Fee. Credit card required for damage deposit.

  • Charge applies for additional bartender (if required).
  • Tap fee per keg - $50.00.
  • Domestic keg beer is $250.00.  Micro Brew Keg beer can be provided at market price.   Minimum number of guests per keg is 60 people.

3.7% Tax Added.

 

PAYMENT:  Full payment for all charges is due two days prior to your function.  There are no exceptions to this payment policy.   We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards, cash, cashier’s checks or money order. No personal checks or American Express Cards accepted. A 20% gratuity will be added on any credit card left open after the event.  No credit will be extended past the date of the event.

A signed Banquet Contract is required.

 

Note:  Prices are guaranteed for 3 months from the signing of the contract.  $300.00 deposit is required at the time of the booking.
