Lodge Facilities

Elks Club

Our Club is a non-smoking facility which has seating for 30 Elks and guests. We have three T.V.s in the bar. We serve spirits, beer, and wine. Our open hours are 4:00 pm to 10:00pm on week days, 12:00 noon to 2:00 am Saturday and 12:00 noon to 10:00pm Sundays. We offer pull tab machines for those who wish to try their luck. Visiting elks are served their second drink "on the house" after signing our visitor register. Please come in and enjoy a cold libation!

Dining Room

The Lodge Room also serves as the Dining room for our building. It is located in the rear of building with tables and seating for 60-80 people. There is a small dance floor in middle of room. The Dining Room may be reserved and used by members for private parties.

Driving Directions and Physical Address

One block off Main St. in beautiful downtown Lander, Wyoming. While driving west, turn right on 5th St. and go one block. Physical address: 492 Lincoln St., Lander, Wyoming.

Kitchen

Full-service kitchen with commercial stove, dishwasher and storage facilities.

Patio

Outside patio with covered tables and padded chairs (weather permitting)and BBQ grill. Latice screened for privacy. Enclosed solarium for winter patio use as smoking area.

RV PARKS:

  • Sleeping Bear RV Park and Campground 715 East Main Street, Lander. Open all year with numerous RV and tent sites featuring hook-ups, pull-throughs, dump station, restrooms, hot showers, laundry facilities, picnic tables/grills, recreation room, drinking water and propane available. Located on a hill overlooking the Lander Valley. 307-332-5159
  • Twin Pines RV Park 7345 WY-789, Lander. Situated eight miles South of Lander, Wyoming, Twin Pines RV Park and Campground is the area's newest RV park. The park is easily accessible from the highway, and is located within sight of where highway 789/287, and highway 28 converge.  1-800-986-4008
  • Maverick RV Park  1104 N 2nd St, Lander.  7 blocks off Main St on the North edge of Lander. We are the closest campground to downtown Lander and have plenty of shade trees. Close to Public Fishing, Golf Course, Shoshoni Rose Casino, Sinks Canyon State Park and much more!!  307-332-3142
  • Holiday Lodge Motel and RV sites  Want a location that’s close to everything, yet makes you feel like you’re away from it all? You’ve found it at the Holiday lodge. Our pet-friendly campsites are close to everything, short walking distance to dining, shopping, gas station, post office and museums. We have 7 back-in, full-hookup RV sites, and 10 riverside tent campground.  307-332-2511
  • Mountain View Campground  Located on the Wind River Indian Reservation at 39 Ray Lake Road. Season Dates: 5/1 - 9/30 with RV and tent sites available with hookups, dump station, restrooms, hot showers, picnic tables and drinking water. Free Camping and State Parks

  • Lander City Park. 405 Fremont St, Lander.  Overnight tent and RV camping is permitted in Lander's City Park. No RV hook ups but outhouse facilities and water spigots are available.
  • Sinks Canyon State Park 6 mi SW of Lander on WY 131. Season Dates: 5/1 - 11/1. This is a State Park campground with RV and tent sites, pull-throughs, restrooms, picnic tables/grills and drinking water. Sinks Canyon State Park has a lot to offer visitors and locals alike. Learn more about the geological wonder known as "The Sinks" by stopping at the Visitor Center, The Sinks and The Rise to find out more about the underground disappearance of the Popo Agie River and view a pool of of huge and awesome wild trout (you may feed them but you may not take them with you!). There are nature trails, nature walks, an abundance of wildlife, rock climbing opportunities, horseback riding trails, corrals and picnic areas.
  • Atlantic City 25 mi South of Lander on WY Hwy 28, Atlantic City Road and operated by Bureau of Land Management. Season Dates: 5/8 - 11/15 with RV and tent sites, restrooms, picnic tables/grills, and drinking water
  • Big Atlantic Gulch 25 mi S of Lander on Wy Hwy 28, Miner's Delight Road and operated by the Bureau of Land Management. Season Dates: 6/1 - 10/31 with RV and tent sites, restrooms, picnic tables/grills and drinking water
  • Dickinson Creek 34 mi NW of Lander in the Wind River Mountains and operated by the US Forest Service. Season Dates: 6/20 - 9/15 with 6 RV sites, 15 tent sites, restrooms and picnic tables. Bear-proof food storage area!
  • Fiddlers Lake 25 mi SW of Lander on Loop Road in the Wind River Mountains and operated by the US Forest Service. Season Dates: 7/1 - 9/30 with tent and RV sites, restrooms, picnic tables and drinking water.
  • Louis Lake 30 mi SW of Lander on Loop Road in Wind River Mountains and operated by the US Forest Service. Season Dates: 7/1 - 9/30 with RV and tent sites, restrooms, picnic tables and drinking water. Louis Lake is a mountain lake (can be cold even in hot weather) and offers a nice sandy beach, swimming and fishing. Bear-proof food storage area!
  • Popo Agie 28 mi SW of Lander on the Loop Road, Wind River Mountains and operated by the US Forest Service. Season Dates: 7/1 - 9/30 with a limited number of sites, picnic tables and restrooms. Bring your own drinking water.
  • Worthen Meadows 18 mi SW of Lander and operated by the US Forest Service. Season Dates: 7/1 - 9/30 with RV and tent sites, restrooms, picnic tables, and drinking water.

The Lander area offers the outdoor enthusiast unlimited hunting and fishing opportunities. Please make your first stop the Wyoming Game and Fish to answer specific questions about hunting and fishing regulations. http://gf.state.wy.us
